EmblemThe notion of the emblem rotates around the nature of the
relationship between the land and the heavens.
This
relationship has been expressed in letters, in a
spontaneous, confident, strong and vividly graphical way.
This expression can be seen while the word "Mleeta" centers
its two dots: the lower dot symbolizing the land, the upper
dot symbolizing the heavens. And the word is overlooked by
the red colored sparrow hawk—an obstinate, confident and
restless bird that will not retreat or accept defeat. Its
meat is bitter like the fruit of the oak tree, the lines and
features of which are clearly visible in the calligraphy of
the graphic artist. These lines, drawn in Arabic and Latin,
go up and down, expressing the pride of the mountains. Their
green and brown colors symbolize life and earth.
The expressive phrase, "Where the land speaks to the
heavens", was adopted in order to express the identity of
this project in a symbolic manner. It points to the land
that reads to the entities of the heavens the stories of its
heroes, people and martyrs.
